there was a big thing recently about perverts looking up girls skirts at the glass barriers in shopping malls and escalators and the reflective floor tiles in some malls.
if girls are not wearing short skirts... its our own fault guys!

It's an easy question.
The Chinese fathers would tie their daughters up if they went out in short mini skirts.
Just last week, I wore my short black dress (in a very thin cotton material), then decided it was a bit much for the locals, went back in and put on dark leggings!!!! Think of it this way..... the locals would comment negatively if my skirts were too short but with leggings, they would say, "Japanese fashion. Nice!".
I would deny wearing leggings with a dress back home!

I approve short mini skirts.
I'm not a perv (at least not publicly), but I think things like that makes the day just a little bit brighter. Which doesn't hurt.

i think you didnt read the news right. the DAB (our holy protector of public morals and beijing spirit) has investigated to find out such dangerous spots in shopping malls and thankfully alerted us to them.
nobody actually was found to do any such pervert thing, it was just a publicity "sex" stunt by the DAB
