    True, but I have seen police hanging around the escalators in IFC (one of the place mentioned in the "report" since then.

    I'm surprised they haven't suggested the govt ban cameras in mobile phones, given the tone of that "investigation."

    I'm sure they are gathering visual data as evidence and will file a huge hard report on the matter.

    i really dont see the point...

    how much can you really see from about 30meters down through a thick glass panel in the dark...

    The same as what you could see 30 ft away from the window in the next apartment building - not a great view, but that doesn't make it appropriate.
