If you want that kind of thing go Sapporo, was amazed that in 6 inches of snow and -5 degrees all the girls seemed to be wearing mini-skirts, and without tights or leggings - but mainly a thunder thigh show though
I see plenty of skirts. Though of lot of them are weird, ballooned-out and crimped. Some of them look like Elizabethan men's clothes.
Strange how the most fashionable women in HK are also the biggest fashion victims.
How about those sandals with huge leather anklets?
It just wasn't the style this year to wear skirts. This summer short-shorts were in style.
Where I work (in Central) there are skirts / dresses aplenty, and they don't (usually) come with thunder thighs either. Come at lunch time if you wanna have a good gawp, that's what I would suggest.
they wear hotpants and short shorts more... and i find them sexier...
I was in London over the weekend. Sun was out on Saturday, and short skirts were plentiful.

i see tons of short skirts on a daily basis. its part of what makes HK so great
