    Wood burning stoves ?

    Dear Friends,

Has anyone ever bought a wood burning stove in Hong Kong or had one installed ? I'm interested to look at this during the cooler coming months.

    Sincerely,

    T. Washington

Is it allowed? Certainly in plenty of places only smokeless fuel is allowed but I guess HK might not be in that list of enlightened places

have you figured out where to get the wood? I might research this before buying a stove! They were really expensive in other places I have lived (and usually really expensive to run, too, compared with gas or electricity).

I think finding wood at a price that wouldn't bankrupt you would be the challenge.

The closest I have got is a barbeque set. I collect wood from just around the house and its a great way the start the BBQ fire
