When you call PCCW/Netvigator, first of all, ask them when is the invoice cut-off date, dunt give them a chance to pro-rata in the following bill. Usually it is time-consumed to wait people response from PCCW/Netvigator over the phone even you are able to dial in the service hotline number.

Follow up your telephone conversation, suggest you write PCCW/Nevigator a mail to confirm the date you like to discharge the services and make sure they sent you the Termination Application Form.

After you received the form, it may take at least 2 working weeks to proceed and someone fr both companies will give u a call to re-confirm.

Usually, PCCW/Nevigator will pass on to sales dept to follow up with client and start playing the customer retention game by offering you a competitive rate. Here is the latest information for your reference, i believe different client is giving different rate.

Moving places during the contract period

No surchage is required, unless your contract has expired, the relocation fee is $300- so its better record your contract due date to avoid paying extra.

Besides using PCCW, if you chose HK Broadband, $170 x 24mths; you'd better check with HK Broadband whether they have coverage in your building. Otherwise, if you pay 24 mths in advance and found there is no coverage in your new place, you have to forfeit the payment.
