i would also say scam.... on one page they say they have offices in "malaysia, hong kong and kowloon"...
then on another page they say they are based in hong kong and australia.

i honestly think that if they had any office based in australia, their website would have better english.

    it's maybe,

however, if you check the chinese ver of hk address, it appears to really ( only difference in eng ver it's tranliterated from mandarin)
    香港上環永樂街148號南和大廈12樓

hk address, is ( translitered from cantonese)

12fl, nam wo building, wing lok street, sheung wan, hk.

it's possible that it's legit, but they should sack the translator, there again, if they are not, why don't some one check, one thing is obvious this appears to be a mainland comapny

Would you take a risk on a bag of spanners like that company and comments such as

Hi HeeFoung!Im from Mauritius. These also happened to my dad. Ive phoned the number at the back of the scratch card and they asked me to fax them my dad's driving licence, photocopy of the scratch card and bank account no. as Ive got the second prize of USD100,000. Which prize did you get?

Do you all think it's a scam or not? I'm personally hearing alarm bells.
how much of a "friend" is he?

any prize operation that asks for bank acct and other personal data is a scam.

PEOPLE DON'T WIN SWEEPSTAKES OR LUCKY DRAWS WHICH THEY DO NOT ENTER......It's a SCAM!

I however happen to know of some money that my company is trying to place with any kin of a wealthy deceased individual from South Africa. If you help me by letting me know a few personal details and an account number, you will be handsomely rewarded. PM me for details.

P.S. I also have a very nice bridge to sell you....

    general rule of thumb:

if it sounds too good to be true, it is.
