Some white people in Asia have this particular need to sniff out any hint of racism even when there's none...to make up for the fact that they often receive preferential treatment?

I think this thread is suspicious because I can't imagine a school project can be that fussy about a model. Perhaps it's OP's personal preference?

Hi there, I'm also looking for a female and male model willing to work for a day for free. Did you end up finding anyone?
I'm getting a small business - clothing line for young hip professionals - off the ground. Work will involve a day of shooting in a studio using a professional photographer so photos will def boost a modelling portfolio. Suggestions/contacts are welcome!

Maybe you can then give your clothes away for free, because it will boost your market recognition factor?

Alternatively, just pay people for their work.

Yes I'm hoping to find people that would actually hope to gain from the experience - willing to put a link to their business on a website, give recognition in brochures, obviously get great photos out of the shoot etc.
