Freakiest food you've eaten in Hong Kong?

I love the show "Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern" and have been a fan for a few years now. What's the freakiest/strangest thing you've eaten in Hong Kong? Where's the place you ate it at?

A bug in the sauce of my pork chop in fairwood last week does that count ?

Else the weirdest thing i ate was the duck egg with the duck almost ready to pop out, this was in China and was a very bad experience.

Other stuff turtle soup (not bad), grill snake (very nice), snake soup (not so good), deep fried silk worm (in Thailand not bad) and so frog part in China that look like a ball and was actually good.

Once had a seven-course snake meal at Loong Yuen in the Holiday Inn. Every course had snake in it. It was actually pretty good!

I have heard the older generation of villagers mentioning they have known people who have eaten cats and dogs many many years ago, but this practice is illegal nowadays.

Although it's cruel (I am a down owner myself) I am down to try some 'exotic' animals.
