Do you have any official rental receipts from your landlord every month? Cause i need some kind of receipt for a claim to the company, what kind usually could work.

Anything works .. as long as the accounting department is happy with it.
My past landlords would just send me a printed note that they've received the payment for xxxxx dollars and that was good enough for my bean counters.
Wo, that means a handwriting with signature could definitely work!
It is so different in Mainland China.
We pay by automatic transfer through the bank and gave the company a copy of the order to the bank and they were happy with that. Much easier to have a regular standing order that you can support with bank statements if required rather than having to supply receipts every month. Not sure if this will work for you but it does the trick for us.
