Horizon Plaza is a 28 storey 'shopping centre' but its not like you usual consumer shopping centre. Its quite an industrial building, lots of concrete and no 'facilities' to speak of. One shop on the 2nd floor has a small cafe but I would eat before you go. You can't access every floor, but on most of them there are furniture shops - mainly chinese style but there are heaps of other things there too like the Lane Crawford and Joyce outlet stores, a book store, some baby shops, outdoor furniture stores, a wine shop, Indigo (like in the Princes Building), Irony (like on Wyndham st) and quite a few places with very modern furniture or places that custom make furniture. If you pick up the Dicovery Bay Magazine DB they have ads for many of the shops in there.

Thanks, Rani. Btw, this smiley gets hidden today, seems inconvenient for me.
