Weekday late morning coffee and pie

Where (in Kowloon or on HK Island) can one go for coffee and pie (real apple, lemon meringue, key lime, etc.) late in the morning or early in the afternoon?

I know that Morton's (Morton's The Steakhouse - Hong Kong) does key lime pie, but they don't open until 5PM and I need a place that opens much earlier in the day (say 11 AM or so). Starbucks and Pacific Coffee are out of the running because I'm looking for a slightly plusher establishment.

I would try one of the cafe's at the Hotels, Lobby Lounge at Marriott springs to mind.

Thanks jimbo! That looks promising. The menu that I saw online at http://www.jwmarriotthk.com/en/tl01.htm seems to only represent the offerings of the Canton Tea Company but I can call / visit to investigate further.

On HK island side, the Mandarin Cake Shop is pretty good. Menu changes, but they often have pies.
