Car Park for Discovery Bay

Next week a new car park will open at Sunny Bay meaning you will be able to live in car free Discovery Bay but park in the nearby Sunny Bay carpark. Parking is only $300 per month!

Surely that will only be temporary? Aren't they building another doG-damned shopping mall there?

Is that the old Disneyland one which was only needed on the opening day?

It is the old over flow car park. Now just $5/hour or $300 per month for Db Residents. Only 10 mins bus from Db to the car park.

Is that exclusive to DB residents or is the price of HK$ 450 for everybody that comes along? We are not in DB but we may invest some money into a shared 7+ years old 7-seater in the near future...
