I'm trying to connect my Canon MP510 printer to my iMac so i can scan in some photos for my wedding slideshow. I donwloaded the driver from the canon website - told me to go in image capture and 'locate' the printer, but the printer isnt even showing up. This is soo frustrating and would really appreciate any tips/advice!

first add the device through your printer/fax settings maybe?
