what kinds of job? IB? front office, back office etc do you have a visa to work in UK?

Any UK employment agency or even the online ones! Just google. You will need the right to work in the UK though. If you are young and low level, the online job searches are fine. If you are senior/professional, then look for a head hunter. Never heard of any such thing as an agency in HK that will help - weird request.
