Healthy Food delivery

Are there any healthy food delivery that delivers to your home? i mean not so oily food, no msg, etc. I prefer those "soup" delivery, but they don't send it to your home, just to offices.

The no MSG/ no oil place in LKF, I think its called Zhong something delivers thru Food by Fone.

It depends what food you like, but if its really healthy vege food you want you could try THE LIFE CAFE in Shelley St, Soho ph 2810-9777. I dont know if they deliver themselves but I know Foodbyfone delivers for them ph 2868-6969.

If you don't mind a quick cook, their other operation, Secret Ingredient, do awesome food packages with foolproof cooking instructions and meals ready in 15-25 mins. Super fresh and healthy. Best meat and fish in HK!
