    Who are those guys?

Noticed that there are a couple of guys (and girls) dressed very casually and stopping people (mostly western travellers) and doing some kind of survey at TST Star Ferry lately. Looks very fishy..... Time share hotel scheme (Scams)?

One person's casual could be a Mormon's formal. Only thing is I don't think they use women to pitch salvation.

Seen a couple of females, with males, at the corner outside World-wide Plaza. One is an woman of "mature years". They wear skirts, not trousers, but the rest of the uniform is the same.

they do use women, as well as i actually surprised in their fluency of cantonese in most of these preachers.

at least we don't get jenova witnesses like in UK, well, if there is any in hk, at least they don't knock on people doors and preach to you.

Once when I was younger I got approached by some "Children of God" women. Only later did I find out they used lots of sex to entice young men to join them. If I had known that at the time I might well have joined

I have heard of time share / cheap apartment scams in Nathan Road and around the Star Ferry. They bus them out up Gold Coast way.
