US to HK voltage

I may be jumping into this discussion about half a year too late, but does anyone know where I can buy a power converter? everywhere i look just has the plug adapter. I have some devices where i'd like to change the 220 to a 120.

When you find your converters make sure they can handle the load. There are (at least) 2 versions. One for small appliances and one for larger appliances. As you can tell by my vague answer, I'm quite the technical expert. But I have been looking at these in the US and they all make a point about the load. I have seen one type that claims to be able to detect the incoming and adjust, but I don't know.
