    Unless this is a money no object vanity project then its doomed to failure.

    Does your boss expect the sponsorship to cover the cost of flights, Hotels, Transportation in and around HK, Some PA's to help the team around HK etc etc.

    For a squad of say 20 players plus coaches etc and stadium costs it won't be cheap. And he certainly won't make any money out of it and if they are a semi pro team then nobody is going to want to watch them play say South China.

    And of course not forgetting this ickle tournament in South Africa this June. So any budgets would most likely be channeled into that as its got a higher wow factor and will get much more media coverage.
