    Hi there,

if you are going to work in tsuen wan area i would recommend you to live at the goldcoast...here is a nice beach, a small shopping mall ,you get anything you need here.they have here also a good shuttle bus connection to tsuen wan..aprox.20 min you can get at phase 2 in one of the highrises quite a nice apartment with seaview for 8000 hkd and its also serviced, 2 times per week cleaning and changing bedlaundry and towels..and fully furnished inkl. tv and washingmaschine..they mostly include here the electricity in the rent as well, we live here and it is a lot of nice play grounds and possibilities for kids around the area and in the clubhouse. 24 hours customer service..The rent includes as well the clubhouse membership with a nice outdoor pool and a gym. you have to ask them to include for you everything..you have to demand things here in hk thats the chinese way, they like to negoshiate everything.but you get it in the end.. i would reccomend you a maid cause its a lot easier...just takes apr.1 month to get her and a lot of paperwork..
tell me if you need some more help..
