Weather refund

I'd like a refund on this year's weather please - I thought there might have been a few days of sun and warmth before we hit typhoon time.

Any weather that means the aircon is still off as we approach the end of April is good for me.

This seems to be a fair average quality HK springtime to me ... when I was school teaching here (while dinosaurs roamed in pith helmets, tropical whites & with ceremonial swords) I used to wonder what the local high school students made of their English language poetry waxing lyrical about the beauty and excitement of springtime while they watched the mildew grow over their textbooks!
