    Any feedback about building De Victoria on 9,Yee Wo Street

    HI, does anyone have any feedback on the building De Victoria on 9,Yee Wo Street. The pictures at hong kong homes look very nice and quite resonably priced.

    the actual state is quite bad.
    and just above a very very noisy street.

    but price wise is reasonable.
