Would anyone know, if it is possible to buy a car in HK and move it to the Mainland...Zhuhai...also what are costs restrictions etc...thankyou for any help ...

Move it permanently? I doubt it - you have the LH/RH drive problem. It is possible to get a second second of plates to be able to drive across the border, but there is a quota system and a high cost and you have to deal with the Guangdong authorities...
