According to the respective Ikea sites

US Full
Length: 189 cm
Width: 135 cm

HK Double
Length: 189 cm
Width: 135 cm

So yes.

But mattresses bought at other stores are about 2cm wider, so 137 cm wide.

Yes take care with Ikea. The bed may be the size you are looking for but I found their duvets to be a different size to any other brand of Duvet cover and because I didn't want an IKEA cover ended up having to buy a new inner to match the cover I did want.
