Small claims court?

Hello,

I am in dispute with an photo equipment supplier who owes me money. I wish to start legal proceedings. Is there such a thing as a small claims court here in Hong Kong like there is in the UK?

If not, does anyone have any advice on how I can pursue a claim cheaply. The amount is less than 13,000 HKD.
