    Adoption

    Hello,
My husband and I are an American couple currently living in Virginia, and moving to Hong Kong. We are very excited to be in the process of adopting a Chinese baby (from Mainland China). We will be living in Hong Kong by the time she comes home with us. We are required to provide post placement reports back to the adoption agency in the US. Does anyone know of an agency in Hong Kong qualified to provide American standard post placement reports? Thanks - Stacia and Matt

I know its about adopting a kid from Hong Kong, however, I belive the folks at ISS should be able to point you in the right direction as they seem to be familiar with adoption procedures and requirements.

Thanks so much for the links. Do you know why my signature is showing the tags and not appearing as a text?

    Adoption

Hi Stacey, my husband and I are also Americans (living in Germany) who are in the process of adopting a child from China and we will be moving to Hong Kong in August. We are working with Randy Barlow, a US social worker in Germany, and he will either refer a colleague or do our follow-ups himself in China. I have sent you a private message with my e-mail address if you would like to chat further about this.

All the best to you on your adoption and move!
    Kathy
