Unhappy Visa/ Work Permits ...list goes on..Help me please!

    Hi All,

I like to ask a few questions about staying in HK for long term, as u might be aware i am going to HK on a holiday visa (its a one way ticket, not sure what customs will say about that thought?) I think the maximum stay over there for me as I hold a British passport would be 180days (3months) but as i don't have/hold a HK ID card , i know i won't be oblige to stay there any longer then 3 months.....I think i am kinda of running out of time but could well delay the flight if I can sort out a Entry Visa for Hong Kong form from http://www.chinese-embassy.org.uk/eng/. To be honest I am so confused about Visa/work permit etc...the list goes on, would be grateful if you could shed some light for me...sorry being abit thick on this sort of topic, would like to get as much info before hand....last thing i want to do is get deported back to the UK..lol

    cheers,

    William

When you find work, the company will have to sponsor you for your visa. It is illegal for you and your employer if you work on your visitor visa.

Really not sure what I could add beyond this.
