    Working holiday visa question

I am currently looking to get a working holiday visa to get some work experience while living in Hong Kong. The ImmD site states that any employment should be short-term i.e. no longer than 3 months. What I can't figure out is whether this is supposed to be a guideline or a strict rule. If it's the latter, how can they check it..?

Fairly easily if the tax and immigration systems are linked. Your employer will report your employment to the Inland Revenue.

But there are ways round it - for example, a business will often have more than one different legal company, so you can switch legal employers without changing jobs.
