    travelling without husband

i hold a brit pp and my baby holds a nepalese pp and we are planning to travel to nepal, usa and uk next year.

husband cannot go due to work commitment so i was wondering whether there will be 100s of questions from the immi officer while travelling with my baby? any documents i will have to take with me apart from the baby's birth cert and baby's nepalese pp?

    cheers!

It would certainly be wise to have with you a Notarised document signed by the child's father giving you permission to take the baby with you internationally. You might not need it, but it's very easy to arrange and could save you a huge amount of grief.

Don't forget the visas for the baby's pp. Just out of curiosity, why can't the baby get a British pp?

Presumably because aava is either a BN(O) or British by Descent.

Why dont you go and see the relevant Consulates and ask for there advice, this is why they are posted to countries all over the world. They will at least point you in the right direction ???
