Applying overseas for PIC and HKSAR passport for my daughter.

I have a PIC with ***AO status + HKSAR passport + Philippine Passport

I was born in the Philippines but also a Chinese Citizen because my dad was born in Fujian but grew up in Hong Kong.

I am currently staying in the Philippines with my wife and my 1 year old daughter.

My daughter was born in Manila and I was just wondering if I can apply a PIC and HKSAR passport for her too.

I hope someone can answer my questions about this.

I think the answer is no as well. If she been born in HK then she would have had Right of Abode here, but since you were settled outside China at the time of her birth then she isn't a Chinese citizen.

@dumbdonkey alright will look for hairball's post.
@PDLM uh-oh... hmm... actually i told my wife to give birth in HK instead of here in the Philippines. However she's worried because we really don't know any good hospitals/doctors in HK + i heard that private hospitals in HK tend to go C-section and pass with the idea of normal child birth.

hospital authority publishes the number of deliveries per year for the public hospitals. google it. my memory tells me 75% natural 25% c-section. i can be all wrong.

you can do what ever you like in a private hospital unless there are complications.
