Look. ABC is Australian Born Chinese or American Born Chinese. CBC is Canadian born Chinese
    BBC is British Born Chinese.
If the topic is HK, it is correct. Or China or Taiwan. All Chinese.

Well the immigration is changing how people can get three stars on the PR card now. My sister who was born in HK but not educated in HK can't not have a PR card. I got my PR Card with stars before the handover from British to China.

Much better to get a PR card. The difference is that you no need an employment visa then. Also, you don't need your British passport to enter HK then. Just use the PR card. You won't get British Consulate protection if you use your PR card.

Oh well.. HK allows dual nationality while China does not.

To be clear, I assume here that you are referring to dual nationals HK/British? As far as I am aware British Citizens who hold PR but not Chinese/HK citizenship do receive British Consular protection in HK.

What reason did they give for your sister? I have never lived in Hong Kong since the family emmigrated to England when I was only 4, yet they gave me a 3 star.
