hi thanks for the reply, we are not applying for the visa right now but we just want to know our eligibility for the visa either student or dependant. could you please tell exactly which forms i need to look at and documents needed remember though i am notapplying now but just enquiring about my eligibility.

hi i went to the immigration tower, they said everthing was ok. But i still don't know what forms my uncle needs to fill out in order for him to become a guardian or do i need to do that through the courts??
