hi ppl i need some advise and some help.
i met my partner about 5 years ago oversea and i desided to come back to hong kong with her(hence shes from hong kong).
i've been staying in hong kong for about 2 years now.
i dont have an id or visa ,i came here with a 3month thing no visa requierd,you know.
the thing is now i dont want to leave i want to stay,im scared to leave cause i think they wont let me come back.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
how can i get a hong kong id so i can stay.
would getting married help?
or what ?im not sure about these things,
pls any ideas for me pls

Are you saying that you overstayed for almost 2 years? Or did you leave HK every three months to extend your stay? If you overstayed, then there is probably nothing you can do. Otherwise it is possible to get married and then apply for a dependant visa.
