    Just to clarify, is that "non-Chinese citizens" at the point the ROA was granted, or at any subsequent time? For example, if you were a Chinese citizen when ROA was granted but you subsequently renounce the Chinese citizenship do you then have to start coming to HK every 36 months to keep ROA?
