Proof of accommodation for applying dependent visa

I staying at one of my parents' owned apartment, so I don't have any rent receipt or rent contract, but I do have broadband bill and residential phone bill (by Smartone) which registered under my name. Are they enough for applying dependent visa for my wife as proof of accommodation of sponsor?

I don't know for sure but I would doubt it. You don't need to prove that you own the property or that you are paying rent, just that housing is available. When I applied for my dependent visa, my mother in law wrote a letter stating that she owned the property (gave address details etc) and that she was providing it for my wife and I to use.

So you should be able to print up a letter, get your parents to sign it and that should do it - or at least it did for me
