I want to stay and work.......

I'm currently in my 2nd month in hong kong on a tourist visa staying with family, (we are all from the uk)

How can I stay in hong kong and work?... My family are now hk nationals as they've been here for 8 years.

I'm 29 so cannot get dependent visa and nobody has sponsored me to work...what are my options???

    Thanks

His question is not about the finance but the visa.

In fact I think you'll find that they are HK Permanent Residents, not HK nationals (which would require them to have renounced their other nationality and take Chinese citizenship).

Marrying someone with Right to Land rather than Permanent Residency and maybe even someone with unconditional stay would also work as far as I know.

Why RTL "rather than" PR? Isn't it better to marry someone who is settled here and can't be kicked out?
