Please Please Please Answer This?

Dear Sir,

I have got Two Questions, please help me with detailed answer.

My wife born in Hong Kong to a Non Chinese parents. She had Right of abode or Hong Kong ID Permanent ID Card. She left Hong Kong in 2001 and went back after 6 years (in 2007)to see her parents, she was given Right to Land. After having this status, she has been to Hong Kong twice in 2009 and 2012 for a month each time. Children born outside Hong Kong.

Q1.

She born in Hong Kong, will her status as Right To Land remain for life.

OR

She has No Status in Hong Kong anymore as she had been to Hong Kong twice after having Right To Land?

Q2.

Say, if she still has got Right To Land, Is it possible for her to sponser husband and children, or does she required 7 years to wait till she become Hong Kong Permanent Resident again?

Your wife was "downgraded" to Right to Land (RTL) as she did not return to Hong Kong every three years (she isn't a Chinese national). To re-obtain Right of Abode (ROA), she needs to live in Hong Kong continuously for seven years, and then, if she leaves again, return here every three years to keep it. She can sponsor a dependent spouse and children under 18.

Mostly likely he does not know how to use the forum and couldnt not find his original post. That happened to me on my first week of posting.
