Do I have to mention my parents details?! both my parents are in Hong kong, Dad passed away though.

Also, is it must to include siblings details because we are not that close either way. all of them in HKG/.

Immigration won't care about how your relationship is with family, but having family in HK is definitely an advantage in terms of proving you have strong ties to HK.
