Question on hk permanent id

hi
an indian passport holder having HK permanent ID
if i change my passport to another country does that invalidate the Hk permanent id ?
or does the hk permanent id and right to land survive the change in passport ?

Nothing changes. You have to inform Immigration about the change of Nationality.
