How long is the ROA or Permanent Resident Application turnaround?

It's case by case like any visa application, but expect 4-6 weeks if you provide all the paperwork they are ask for at the first round.

That's what I remember/recall as well.. Its been almost 2 months already and haven't received any other advice or approval, except for the notice that they received the application last April 10, 2008. I have a couple of friends who applied a month earlier than me and they got the approval within 6 to 7 weeks, maybe it got to do with the holidays last April and May..
