Our school wants to employ a recently arrived Native English Teacher brought over by EMB. This means she will terminate her contract earlier. will she be allowed to change job after her resignation and stay on her exisiting working Visa?
She will be allowed to stay until the end of the validity of her existing employment visa. But that visa is only valid for working with the employer that originally sponsored her. She cannot start working for another sponsor/employer until a new employment visa has been approved. Essentially she has to go through the whole application process again.
(Well that's how it normally works, unless there are any special rules for NETs)

It is better that the teacher arranges "change of sponsorship" to the new employer before her current visa expires.
This will make the move smoother than if they were to wait for their current visa to expire and then apply for the new position.
