Employment visa - request for more information/documents

Once approved the visa can be collected straight away. There are 2 options for you. Wait for it to be sent and then validate it on arrival. The other option is fly in to hong kong pick up the visa and then a quick trip to Macau and back to validate.

Hi All,

Wondering if any of you may been in a similar situation,If so would appreciate your thoughts.

I work in the Financial Research Industry,I have relevant work experience and education.My employer had submitted my visa application on the 23rd December,Immd came back asking for the following documents

1) Financial statements of the Parent Company ( We are a US multinational with an office in HK which was opened last year,For the first year they had employed someone who was already in HK who simply had a transfer her visa for the regional role,So this is the first time the company is applying for a new visa)

2) They wanted information on where the job was advertised ( My employer had advertised on Linkedin,Apparently my employer had received ton of applications which were complete misfits,They have shared some of them with IMMD)


The new documents have already been submitted to IMMD on the 19th? Are these good enough to get a positive outcome.
