so i am reading on a government website Guidebook for Entry for Employment as Professionals in Hong Kong | Employment as Professionals | Hong Kong Visas paragraph 41:
"Dependants (of IANG Visa holders) are not prohibited from taking up employment or studies in the HKSAR under existing policy."
As an employer, does this mean i can hire them immediately without any visa application or any other interaction with the immigration department?
