    Macau visa, bangladesh passport

    Hi,

    Does anyone know if a bangladesh passport holder with hkid needs visa to enter macau?

    Unless your HKID card is a PR one, then you need a visa.

    Ah okay then... Perhaps I got it mixed up with needing to take a passport. If PR, no need.

    Right To Land holders also technically do not have to take a passport.. the HK gov website / Macau website only lists HK Permanent ID holders though.

    On other sections on their website it says RTL holders can register for the E channel though which obviously does not require any passport for entry/exit.

    I suppose it's not high on their list of priorities but I have previously found many occasions where the government department / business lists something like "non-permanent residents (HKID holders) must and such" which the RTL holders are also exempt from.
