Dear HK Expat Community,

I have finished my courses in my Master's program and got a letter from the university saying that I will be graduating in November 2015. An IANG visa application has been submitted to the Immigration Tower a.nd has been approved.

Here are my questions:

1) On the first year of IANG visa (duration of 12 months), should the company sponsor you in that year? How often can you change job within this initial period?
2) On the second year of IANG visa, you've changed employer, what should the new company do to sponsor a working visa?

All relevant information and experience will be greatly appreciated.
