    Delivery of Visa application

Searched all around but couldn't find anything.

I submitted my Study Visa application from the US and have been tracking it through USPS/FedEx. I understand that the Immigration Department is located in Wan Chai but it was delivered to Chai Wan!

I've looked it up and saw that there is a FedEx location in Chai Wan so I am wondering if a third party like the HK Post is being used as the "last mile" to get it from Chai Wan or I need to make a few contacts to see what is going on.

You can apply for the visa through the nearest Chinese consulate. fYI

Wanchai post office is under renovation and the services may have rerouted though other post offices. But there are many Nearby, why through chai wan?

Applying at the nearest consulate requires it be done in-person and the nearest one is a 2hr flight away.

Will give them a call later today to figure it out.

From Fedex Chai Wan it is then put on to FedEx vans for "last mile" deliver. It should be delivered today to Immigration.
