I just need to do my thesis to finish my master degrees. ( but i dont have a bachelor degrees )

Will I have a problem with immigration ?

It's not required, but it helps. If you have specific skills or experience that are clearly unlikely to be found amongst HK Permanent Residents then the fact that you don't have a degree is not a show stopper.

And you either have a degree or you don't - as far as ImmD is concerned, if you can produce a certificate saying that you were awarded such and such a degree on some specific date then you have one. Otherwise you don't.

But if you don't have a degree, or much experience, or any specific skills, and the company only thinks you're worth HK$15k/month then I wouldn't rate your chances very highly.

So you don't have a degree.

Like I said, plenty of people here have Employment Visas without one. The only people who can tell you if your skills and experience are sufficient are the Immigration department.
