I can feel you viggo123. Submiited my application for a month and received no call really make me think if my application form had dropped and buried under the table. I have no intention to chase them and i just want my application reference number.

That's really not normal. Usually receive the application number within 7-10 days.
Did you wait it out when you called them? Last time I called, I was like the 36th caller, but I actually did not wait that long before an operator pick up, maybe 5 minutes. So don't just hang up when you are asked to wait.
And the operator was pretty helpful.

Update: The officer called me today after 3 weeks of calling and emailing, and they had lost my form. Have to re-submit everything.

    Hi Aqsa,

Can you please share the list of documents you have submitted to renew the dependent visa for your husband? Any other specific document apart from those mentioned at the website?

    TIA

I think it has changed, I applied in 2016 and now its 2019, before it was 4-6 weeks, and now its 6-8 weeks, depends on your documents
