@green2020 - can technically be signed by anyone who has signing authority. As long as it has a company letterhead / chop you'll be fine. Not even sure about the company chop requirement, but HK being HK every damn thing has to be karate-chopped.

Thanks @shri for the reply.Certainly HK is very much in love with chop. experience this at every stage when I was new to HK. They give toooo much of importance to chop instead of actual letter contents.
