Working Visa for oversea fresh grad ?

Hi all,

I got an offer from a Digital Marketing Firm and now preparing for my working visa application.

The thing is, I think I have some disadvantages to get a working visa.
I am a fresh graduate and My salary will be around 18K.
Also, the company is not that big, around 35 people

But it's hard to find local people to replace my job and the company is filled with a lot of foreign employees.
And I have some internship experiences in Chinese big firm with similar job duties. Also can speak English, Korean, Chinese, Japanese.

Do you think i can get a visa even i'm a fresh graduate?

Will you use those languages in your job? If so I think that might swing it, though the salary is not high.
