Strange situation, Hong Kong ID ROA 36 months rule.

I'm a filipino with HK Permanent ID... just want to ask for the 3 year rule... what is the minimum time required to reset the 3 years rule... is it valid to enter and exit HK in just one hour or you need to stay in hk for how hours (minimum) to reset the 3 years rule... Thanks in advance....

I vaguely remember something about you need to stay for a period of 3 days for it to reset the 36 month requirement.
